We currently collect and process the following information as part of our marketing and lead generation activities:
For AI talent: Personal identifiers, contacts and skill-sets.
For businesses: Personal identifiers, contacts, and business characteristics (role and business/organisation)

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
Submitting such information by way of requests for information or application for AI talent or AI service facilitation.
We use the information that you have given us in order to follow up on such requests and provide tailored offerings to new clients and parties interested in becoming our clients. We may share this information with reputable partner organisations and sister companies, but only upon approval through the respective individual providing us with their personal information. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information 
Your information is securely stored in double-secured IT infrastructure and will never be disclosed to any third parties. We keep personal information such as names and contact details for a period of 24 months. We then dispose of this information by deleting it.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have 1 month to respond to you.
